Article 97-1. Register of Kazakhstani commodity producers Business Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The Register of Kazakhstani commodity producers is an object of the information and communication infrastructure of the "electronic government", containing information about Kazakhstani commodity producers and the goods of Kazakhstani origin produced by them.
2. The rules for maintaining the register of Kazakhstani commodity producers are determined by the authorized body in the field of state stimulation of industry.
3. Kazakhstani commodity producers included in the register of Kazakhstani commodity producers have the right to receive measures of state stimulation of industry and other measures of state support in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. The development, maintenance and system maintenance of the register of Kazakhstani commodity producers are carried out by a single operator in the field of public procurement.
